Article 24

Equivalence of Public Agent

Public companies and companies of mixed economy that operate in competition regime, subject to the provisions of art. 173 of the Federal Constitution , shall have the same treatment as private private legal entities, under the terms of this Law.

Single paragraph. Public companies and mixed capital companies, when operating public policies and within the scope of their implementation, will have the same treatment as the organs and entities of the Government, under the terms of this Chapter.
