Article 29

Requests from the National Authority (ANPD) to the Public Authorities

The national authority may at any time request the organs and entities of the public power to carry out processing operations of personal data, specific information on the scope and nature of the data and other details of the processing performed and may issue a complementary technical opinion to ensure compliance with this Law.
