Article 55-E

Individual Members of the Board of Directors

The members of the Board of Directors will only lose their positions as a result of resignation, final court conviction or penalty of dismissal arising from disciplinary administrative proceedings.

Paragraph 1. In accordance with the caput of this article, it is incumbent upon the Chief Minister of the Civil House of the Presidency of the Republic to institute disciplinary administrative proceedings, which shall be conducted by a special commission composed of stable federal civil servants.
Paragraph 2. It is incumbent upon the President of the Republic to determine the preventive removal, only when so recommended by the special commission referred to in paragraph 1 of this article, and to render the judgment.
